I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable despite needing a bit of an update. The service was superb, with very friendly staff; however, the air conditioning was noisy at times. The location was not as close as expected but was perfect for exploring the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. The dining experience had some cleanliness issues in the bathroom but was conveniently within walking distance.

The hotel is situated just a couple of blocks from the ocean, making it ideal for accessing the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. The rooms, while bright and comfortable, seemed a bit neglected with accumulated dust. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing a positive and hospitable atmosphere. While the hotel could really benefit from some upgrades, it is old but very clean. The rooms need updating and lack few comforts, but overall, they were a nice size. The service was extremely cordial and friendly, and the staff went above and beyond, even suggesting we use the pool changing rooms before heading down to the beach. The location in the boardwalk area of Rehoboth Beach is pretty much the only reason to consider staying there, with the staff being the best part. The dining experience had some issues with cleanliness and size but had potential to be nice. Overall, for a no-frills beach weekend, this motel just two blocks from the beach offers free parking.
